NOMINATIONS FOR DELEGATE

TO THE C.W.A. NATIONAL CONVENTION

WILL BE HELD AT THE

MEMBERSHIP MEETING

In accordance with CWA Local 3806 Bylaws, Art.  IX, Local Delegates to International Conventions and District Meetings

• Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Union Convention shall be certified active members to be elected by the membership voting by secret ballot conducted not more than 120 days nor less than 30 days in advance of the Union Convention.
• The President shall be a Delegate and Chairperson of the delegation to all official conventions or meetings of the Communications Workers of America.  The President shall be elected concurrently with the election to the office of President.
• (B1)  The Executive Vice-President shall be a Delegate to the International       Conventions and District Meetings.  The Executive Vice-President shall be elected concurrently with the election to the office of Executive Vice-President.
• (B2)  The Secretary-Treasurer shall be a Delegate to the International Conventions and District Meetings.  The Secretary-Treasurer shall be elected concurrently with the election to the office of Secretary-Treasurer.
